J.Crew Factory Convertible Skirt / Dress

Nice quality navy and white strip maxi Skirt. Or - fold over and wear as a tube dress. (I did this with a white denim jacket and it's super cute. Garment tape is your friend!) really nice condition and the fabric is thick and stretchy. Very flattering for any shape!
