Ruffle detail half button sleeveless blouse/shirt. Size 0. Great condition with a slight discolor in some areas only noticeable when holding material out in the sun to catch the light (see in one of the photos). Don't notice when wearing the shirt at all. They may be from my iron being a little too hot, or is just a natural sheen in the material, I'm not sure.
