J.Crew plastic flats. I always called these my “rain flats” perfect for wearing when you know your feet might get wet! The shoe itself is all plastic and features a cute neon orange fabric bow on the foot. There are breathing holes on the instep. In excellent used condition, minor wear and discoloration mostly confined to the bottoms and inner sides of the shoes.
