NWT J.Crew Mercantile Casual Dress. Dress is a dark blue color, almost black with white polka dots. V-neckline. Sleeve ties. Laying flat from pit to pit approx 16 inches. Waist approx 13 inches, length approx 34 inches. 100% polyester. Saw this dress online. I love the look and feel of it but it didnt fit me right. It is very cute. Great for career wear/church/casual events.
