J Crew Mid Length Pleated Cocktail Dress

Super flattering navy linen strapless dress. Pleats come from empire waist to bottom of dress where they flare out. Empire waits with about 3 inch band. There are stretch straps with hooks inside dress in bust area to keep from sliding down. Has cotton slip underneath and zipper in the back.
