Navy blue pencil skirt is made of a textured cotton fabric and features a charming button tab. This 100% cotton skirt is a nice heavier weight for the fall/winter months - and is fully lined with back slit. Length 20inches x Width 13inches. In great condition, only worn twice but could probably use a good press to remove the wrinkles!
