JCrew Point Sur Blouse

JCrew Point Sur XS navy blouse with white dot print. Ruffle details at sleeve. It does have a solid navy lining attached. EUC - I did hand stitch higher on the neckline so it wouldn’t be so low while teaching, but that could easily be ripped back out. Always loved wearing this for my yearly school photos, but it’s too tight now.
