J.Crew Ruffle Poplin Sleeveless Top

Ruffles! This little top is a summer staple. Material is crisp but soft cotton poplin, not too sheer. Ruffles are super-flattering fun. Bra keeps intact. Elastic at back. No stains or signs of wear except 2 places in the bottom hem where the seam stitching came loose (see pics). A seamstress can fix this for a few bucks or you can hand stitch it in a minute. Otherwise like new! Price is firm.
