J.Crew, Size Small, floral detailed blouse.

Excellent condition, this is the cutest blouse for Spring/Summer days. Two button closure at the neck, and single button closure at the sleeves. Color is a baby blue, with dainty white floral pattern all over. Love it, but did not wear this season, so looking to find this blouse a new closet to shine in.
