JCrew Statement Navy Blue Jeweled Necklace

Beautiful statement necklace from JCrew. Jeweled beads are beige/grey, clear, navy and bright blue. One small jewel is missing (see second photo). I hadn’t noticed until I zoomed in with my camera.
