These boots are so nice. I wear size 11 wide and I am able to put the boots on no problem but I definitely CANNOT zip them up. The measurement at the top of the boot is 16 but I think to take into account for where the zipper is they would only fit calf circumference of 15-15.5. They don't even zip past my ankles / cankles. .Comes from a smoke and pet free environment. Free from flaws.
