Hello! I sent you a message but you didn’t reply. I opened the box with the blue JCrew jacket but it is not a size 2 as listed in the description. It is a size 0. Also, in the comments, it was mentioned that the coat is brand new and worn twice. However, it looks to be worn much more than that. How can we resolve this issue? @kbecker1989
