J.Crew White Shirt Short Sleeve Dress , Size: XXS

I bought this summer dress year ago and never worn it. I can not fit into it anymore. It is a brand new dress with tags. When I took it out of plastic wrap and was taking pictures there is a tiny yellow spot on the front hem. I don’t know if it was there from the purchase or caused by sitting in the closet. It is made of a bit transparent 100% Cotton Fabric.
