JCrew cotton voile ruffle trimmed blouse in size 16. Made of 100% cotton. It is long sleeved with ruffle trim on the cuffs and around the collar. It’s is white with blue and purple flowers. Only worn a few times, no stains or issues noted. Smoke free home.
