JCrew mini red dress with ruffle detail

Cute J Crew mini dress, cross over top with hook and eye for front closure, zip back. Wrap style but in one piece (doesn't wrap around but has that look). Waist band with elastic in the back. Ruffle detail around the front "wrap" and bottom. Can be dressed up or down.
