Good used condition, fun skirt with boots. Color is a navy blue or dark indigo. High waisted and flares out in an A-line shape like a school girl uniform. It is lightly pleated at the center before it flares out. Size 8. For a 5’0 frame, the hem falls above knee, for anyone taller it’s probably around mid-thigh.
