Would you say this cami runs small, large, or TTS?

@squirreliegirl it is a somewhat cropped ruffle top/not long torso top. I'm 5"8 and the blouse stops right below my belly button and rests on the top of my shorts.I will provide the arm pit measurements in a couple of days as I am traveling but should be home soon.

@squirreliegirl Also the cami is true to size and it has a snug lining and then a flowy ruffle outter layer. Also this top is NOT stretchy in any way.
