JEFFREY & DARA EVENINGS by Tom Barra Vintage 90s Maxi Dress, Size 10

I bought this for myself to wear on a cruise, thinking the size tag said 18. Once home, I realized my error. It is a size 10. If it truly IS an 18, which is what it looks like on the tag, then it runs really, really, REALLY small as my mannequin is a size 6-ish. Very black lined crepe dress. Multiple photos taken with and without flash and lightened slightly to show details. Two keyhole openings down the back with attached bows in between. Large bow at small of back and at the top of a chiffon "train". Thin shoulder pads attached however they can be removed (I had planned on it) Dress is 56% rayon 44% acetate with little to no stretch to the fabric.
