For sale is a gorgeous NEW WITH TAGS royal blue (tag says Lapis) two piece skirt set from JEFFREY & DARA EVENINGS by Tom Barra, size 10. The outfit is made of 100% polyester and is lined. The top features a draped neckline, semi-sheer sleeves with a slight ruffle on the sleeve ends, and a slight ruffle along the hemline. The long skirt has a flat waist in front with elastic in the back and a ruffle going down the left side of the skirt. The measurements for the outfit are: top: bust 38", sleeves 24", waist 34", hem 40", length 25"; skirt: waist 28" stretches to 32", hips 40", length 43 1/2".
