JESSICA HOWARD Dress - Plus Size 24 but stretches to 26/28 Blue & White Summer

Beautiful Summer or Spring Dress! Knee length, stretchy and very comfortable. I’ve worn it a few times but it is in excellent, like new condition! Perfect for traveling- It doesn’t wrinkle!
