This is a great addition to anyone's wardrobe if you are in a cold climate. Unfortunately, shortly after I purchased it, I moved to Florida. Now it can be yours. It is cotton, Polyester with a banded bottom, but no elastic. Black laces add a cute touch to the front and sleeves. Size is 1X with a fairly large neckline. Chest measures 52, Back length is 26 and sleeves are 27. Worn only 1 time. AGAIN, I CANNOT PUT 1X BELOW. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION. I have to put XL
