What's the measurements around bust area and does it hit at waist or under bust like an empire waist? Thank u so much!

@jsnttr37 Hi. The dress measures about 32" across the bust. It's very stretchy (100% polyester) and there is a row of elastic across the back to area to give it even more stretch. The dress does not fit the waist. It fits across the bust then hangs loose around the waist and hips and all the way down to the hem. I hope that helps. 😊
