JH Collectibles Midi Polka Dot Skirt

Vintage midi skirt from JH Collectibles, most likely from the 1980s. Has a cute polka dot pattern over a navy background. It has a nice flare to it when worn. Size 8 on the tag but fits like a modern 4 or S. Measurements: Waist (flat) ~13.5” Length ~29”
