In the constant pursuit of showing my waist yet not wanting to emphasize the rib area, this blouse hits the motherlode. peplum slims perfectly. blousing above the waist is not too much, not too little. tiny bow at the nape of the neck but not so large that you feel like your wearing a costume. this would be heaven at work with dress pants, ANY style skirt. EVERYTHING about this SLIMMING. says size 8 but fits like a 6. NEVER WORN. NEVER.

karint Not Palm Springs, I lived in West Palm Beach but moved to Lake Worth FL (about a 5 minute drive). I never changed the info on my page because I figured it equated to approximately the same place. I take it you meant Palm Springs CA? That is so near about your husband! Which instrument does he play? Or is he a conductor?

genieklein @karint hahahhahahhaa! I meant Palm Beach! spell check changed it...He has sung with the Florida Sunshine Pops and the Palm beach pops. (both I believe are out of business) He went there 6 times a year for awhile..he's a singer.
