JIM HJELM Beautiful Cobalt Blue Chiffon Special Occasion Dress. I bought this “sample” dress from a bridal shop. The bodice has some boning (see the picture) so it holds it’s shape with the open back. At 2” below the back zipper, the black lining is a little heavier which allows for a perfect shape and movement. Shoulder to hem measures 37”. This is a beautiful dress on and with the rushing, hides my unwanted flaws. No stains, flaws and from a smoke free home.
