@msaul526 Yes! You would need to hem it or wear a heel. I'm 5' 3" and wore a ~3 inch heel so I didn't have to hem it.

@msaul526 It's flowy and roomy so I think it would work if you're 4 months pregnant. I would recommend measuring yourself under the bust/ around the waist line where it ties to ensure it would zip. It ties in the back for looks and not functionality.
