One set of measurements is for the actual dress. And since the dress for my mannequin (Betty With The Bangin' Body ☺️) so we'll, I've added her measurements as well. Hope that helps. Dress Measurements: Across chest - 16" Length (measured at front center from the top of the halter neckband down to the bottom hem of the dress) - 31.5" Waist (across, not around) - 13.5" Betty's Measurements: Bust - 35" Hips - 36" Waist (higher) - 27"
