Hello, the bust part of the dress would be fitted. The bust is structured with built in darts and cups. The shoulder straps are sheer fabric. The skirt is not stretchy however it is flowy. A combination of the sheer material on top and a lined skirt underneath. Hope that helps. Thanks for browsing.
