JK006-F12PLUS Jacket

Absolutely Gorgeous jacket. Camel color with textured leather-like dark blue material on reverse of front flaps and marking the pocket. Made of 65% cotton and 35% polyster. Made in Turkey, Slim Fit. turkish size is 56. American translation size would be 46 but is smaller. please refer to measurements shoulders 18 1/4" chest 20 1/4" sleeve 23" length 30" single breasted with only 1 button and the sleeves each have 4 buttons. all buttons original. The inside stiching is beautiful. there is 1 small rip in the blue material on the top outer right lapel. the little tie tak (picture #6) could be moved there and cover the rip. Also if anyone could help me understand this jacket..see picture #9, why are there button holes on the inside of the sleeves.
