New, without tags, yellow blouse tunic with flower and leaf print in black and white, size large. 100% polyester, except band around hip is 95% poly/5% spandex. Bottom of blouse has a band that can with sit at your hip to lengthen the blouse to a tunic look or bring up to waist to give a more blouson effect.
