JM Collection knee length dress

This is a JM Collection ladies dress, size L. It has blue gems around the neckline on the front. It is flowy and loose fitting. Colors are black, white, and shades of blue. Very flattering and comfortable. This was worn once for a wedding rehearsal dinner.
