Such a lovely statement piece! Dark turquoise dolman sleeve tunic length top with silver raised puff vertical bars (not metal). The sleeves drape beautifully. The bottom of the sleeve is open (see picture). In the front, it has a key hole opening with a silver metal chain design piece joining it. There is one silver bar about pendant length down that some of the silver has worn off. Laying flat: 41" chest 40" waist 45" hips 28" ling 4" side slits 15.5" long for the sleeve from top of shoulder straight out 9" long sleeve from arm pit to end of sleeve
