J.M. Fleurette Petite floral dress

Black dress with white raised floral design. Loose pleats that flow nicely when walking. High scoop neck with unique short flair sleeves. 97% polyester & 3% spandex. Fabric has a nice "slinky" feel to it. Doesn't have size but fits like a Large and the waist has elastic. Pit to pit: 16" Waist: 13" Length shoulder to hem: 41" Color: black & white Size: labeled as petite, but I'm 5'7" and it hit around the knees. Sleeves were comfortable with unique style.
