JM collection striped and floral tunic

JM collection black and white striped tunic with teal and blue flowers. Fun and flowy top, cute with skinny jeans or leggings. Please note in pic 4 there is some transfer from the black stripes onto the "fishscale" type "sequins" on the fabric near arms where it has rubbed together but otherwise great shape. Please see pics as part of description and let me know if you have questions. Laying flat pit to pit measures approximately 23", and from shoulder to bottom is about 28" in length
