valoisi @fradykat7 Hi… the 23” measurement is from armpit to armpit. The hem is the same all the way around. The under layer is slightly shorter.

valoisi @fradykat7 Yes, from what I’ve read about pit to pit measurements is that the bust size is double the measurement… so, it seems the bust would equal 46”.

fradykat7 Pit to pit goes to exact underarm seem where the body of shirt is sewn to the sleeve. ….. the bust is a few inches down from there because sometimes it’s more inches

valoisi @fradykat7 No….it measures 23” at all points. According to what I read on Google is that bust size is double the pit to pit….so, that would make this item a 46” bust size. You might could compare this item measurements to an existing piece you have to see if it compares similarly.
