J.O.A. Blue and White Striped Dress

Adorable lightweight dress in blue and white uneven stripes. Cute wrap front skirt and cross back straps. Neckline is high. I bought this and then realized there was makeup on the collar (inside lining, would definitely come out), and there is a small snag on the back bottom part of the dress. Never been worn and still has the tags! #jcrew #serenaandlily
