This fit and flare navy gingham top is so adorable and full of design features without “doing too much”. The back is open from the neck to the flared waist. The short sleeves feature ruffles and a lace up opening on the top seam. The front has a flattering v-neck and shaping darting. There is a rear zipper/hook&eye closure in the rear flare and the neck has hook & button closure. New With Tags. Original/one-owner, pet/smoke free, clean/sanitized.
