Cute black whimsical “going out” top with extra cute detail of bows tied on arms. Worn once to an event. Purchased at Nordstrom. Excellent condition. I generally wear a small but this XS fit fine. I needed something dressy black but casual, pairs well w/ jeans for a dressy casual going out look.
