JOA White Sweatshirt Wide V-neck and Back Extended Pleated Sleeve Pull Over XS

J.O.A. White shimmering pleated and flared velvet cuffs extends from the sleeves adding an upgraded look to an otherwise normal sweatshirt. Wide v-neck both front and back. Would probably be able to wear off shoulder fairly easy due to how wide the neck is. Top still has tags. It is white and has come from a retail environment so you may expect some minor smudges because white “shows all” Should be able to be washed out but since it still has tags I cannot wash. Note there are no stains. Materials are SELF: 87% cotton and 13% spandex. Contrast: 95% Polyester and 5% spandex (the cuffs) Hanger strips so your wide necked top does not slip off onto the floor.
