JODIFL Embroidered Dress. Bright royal blue with embroidered in red, yellow, green. Optional tassel tie. Shoulders are cut out with draping bell sleeves. Pleated at waist and hangs loose with a relaxed fit. It is new with tags. Never worn. This dress is fully lined . Dress is 100% rayon and lining is 100% polyester. Hand wash cold or dry clean.
