This is a boutique new with tags sample that I purchased from a posh show. NWT size small. Gorgeous open stitch work on the hem and puff sleeves. Ruffle at the neckline and button down front. Lovely green, blue and gold subtle floral pattern. Looks very high end. Style tag says olive green— buttons are this color. This is a roomy small that could fit a medium. Armpit to armpit 191/2” Length 23 1/2”
