Playful yellow with yellow polka dots all over the organza layer. Satin waistband that ties in back. Attached. Cap sleeves. Zips in back. Lined, with an organza layer on top, a satiny/taffeta layer in the middle, then crinoline underneath. There's a tear in the top layer of the skirt at the very bottom. See photo.
