JOE Fresh | Jeweled Blouse

Darling jeweled neck blouse with sheer layering effect at the bottom of the shirt. I am 5'9" and this hits just at the right spot. Would look darling with black leggings for a relaxed look or black slacks/skirt for a more upgraded look! The sleeves were a little short on me so I usually pushed them up to be 3/4 length.
