This is new with out tags and never worn. It has loops for a tie at the waist, which disappeared between the store and home. The sleeve is somewhat capped and from shoulder to hem it's 26". It's been hung in the closet for a while and shows very minimal pilling on the shoulders. Size is small but seems to run on the smaller side. S-XS

@teachpam Of course:) from outside the shoulder to the opposite side is 18", mid back, under the armpit is 15.5", the smallest part of the waist laying flat is 14", across the bust is 16"
I'll add a pic to show its shape but the lighting isn't great. Let me know if you need any other measurements please. I've never measured a vest like this before😖
