LOVE Ny Johnny Was. Drapey of the shoulder top. Has shoulder ties of same fabric to keep it up. I’ve put in a measurement of the elastic part. Meant to drape not stay up if you are very small framed. See pics. I haven’t worn this and any slight imperfections are the nature of embroidery. Feel free to ask any questions.
