JOLIBEL NWTs - Sleeveless Floral Dress - Fitted Waist - Sheer Fabric

Very attractive, figure flattering, well made new dress. Pictures don't do justice to the way the dress flows softly, accentuates & slims the waistline, and shows quality. The top is sleeveless, with a scoop neckline, the dress zips in the back center. The waistline is wider than normal, with "tucks" sewn in for gathering, and a dark navy belt buckle is made into the front center. The bottom has full lining (shown in pics), with a top layer of the flower pattern in a sheer fabric. Size 10 Petite
