JONES NY Cream V-Neckline Shirred Front Button Down Blouse Size M

Jones NY creamy white v-neck button down blouse with sexy shirring on both sides in the middle . V-neckline is quite low. All tags have been removed but material is stretchy and I would guess is a rayon blend as it has a nice feel. Could also be worn as a cardigan sweater. I am sizing as a M because pit to pit measures 18”, with additional stretch. Length measures 23”.
