Vintage, black and silver halter dress. Beautiful lace and tall makes the skirt really flouncy. Pictures do not do it justice a woman’s size 10. The dress is vintage but in excellent condition. Pitt to pit measures 16 inches and 23 inches in length from the center of the V. the taffeta wraps around the neck to create that halter gives plenty of space to either create a deep V or shorten it depending on how tight you tie it Questions?
