also curious about the waist band, I have a couple pairs of these same pants, one of them the elastic in the waist band is all twisted and it continues to fold that way every time I wash them. The picture shoes some weird folding/sagging on the waist band...this is why I'm asking.

@cmcasucci I just checked the waistband. There is no twisting of the elastic but the cloth around it does fold over the elastic some. I think that’s what you are seeing in the photo perhaps?
