@lsand2 So I did double check...where the fabric is seamed just under the arm, it is 23" and the hips are 25"...basically a straight comfortable fit. Hope that helps.

So if I got this correct...I measured at the crotch to the outside seam of the leg. It measures 17.5". overall that would be 35" across. Let me know if that is not the measure you need.
